Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5-7 years of experience to drive growth, expand market reach, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, market research, and client acquisition, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities * Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Analyze customer needs and industry developments to position the company effectively.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and industry events.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Prepare and present business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5-7 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in [industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, Manufacturing, etc.].
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
