We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the UAE fit-out industry.

As a Business Development Manager at Modern Space, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with the project and design teams to align business goals with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new projects in the fit-out sector.
Identify and pursue sales leads, actively pitch to potential clients, and secure business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and real estate firms.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and project developments across the UAE.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong network of industry contacts and client relationships in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
