We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of UAE experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven sales track record, strong industry connections, and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements with company capabilities
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings across the UAE
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven UAE experience in business development within the interior design/fit-out industry
Strong client network and understanding of the UAE market
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
