We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a solid background in the hospitality and travel & tourism sectors to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new hotel across Chennai and other key cities.
Establish and grow B2B relationships with tour operators and travel agents targeting UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive outbound business to the Middle East.
Attend travel trade shows, industry events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility and build partnerships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales in the hospitality or travel & tourism industry.
Strong existing network with real estate, hotels, travel agents, and tour operators.
Good knowledge of Middle East tourism trends, particularly UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within India for meetings and market development.
