About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. In this hunting role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on selling our innovative legal SaaS solutions. Your primary goal will be to expand our client base by developing strategic relationships and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the GCC market.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the GCC region Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of LexisNexis Legal products Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement

RequirementsHave excellent experience in Direct SaaS Sales in the GCC Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales and managing the full sales cycle Strong understanding of the UAE and wider Middle East market Familiar with modern sales tech stacks (e.g. Sales Navigator, CRM tools, etc.) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and driving their own pipeline English fluency required; Arabic would be an advantage
