Drive top-line growth by closing new business, expanding relationships within strategic accounts, and managing a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities
:
Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Develop and execute territory plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and procurement stakeholders
Lead and mentor a small team of BDEs, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
Collaborate with Operations, finance, and HSE teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fuel, logistics, or related sectors
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing or mentoring a small team
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
