Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales for our Accounting, VAT, and bookkeeping services. This role will require an individual with a strong background in sales & Marketing, and customer service, and a deep understanding of accounting, VAT and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business for our accounting services.

Research and identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions for their VAT and bookkeeping requirements.

Stay up to date with changes in the industry and continuously improve product and service offerings.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless delivery of Services.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, sales & marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry. Strong understanding of accounting & bookkeeping. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using MS office and other sales tools. Willingness to travel when necessary.
