Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager based in the UAE to spearhead client acquisition efforts across the UAE and wider GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong local network and proven experience selling B2B services to mid- and large-sized companies, especially in sectors like real estate, finance, e-commerce, consulting, and digital marketing services.
This is a client-facing, target-driven role with full autonomy and support from our delivery teams in India.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and connect with potential clients across the UAE and GCC markets for
outsourcing solutions.
? Present and sell customized BPO services including voice support, back-office
processing, and chat/email support.
? Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal,
negotiation, and closure.
? Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and CXOs.
? Collaborate with the India-based operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and
delivery execution.
? Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows across the
region.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
? Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in
outsourcing, ITES, customer support, or service-based industries.
? Located in the UAE with existing market knowledge and a strong local client network.
? Experience dealing with decision-makers in industries such as real estate, financial
services, business consulting, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
? Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term relationships.
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
? Self-motivated and results-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
? Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
