to lead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and support our long-term vision.

Position Overview



As the

Business Development Manager

, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and managing corporate clients, and ensuring the execution of compliant and profitable contracts. This position requires a dynamic professional with strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of the UAE market, and a successful track record in B2B sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



Acquire new corporate clients across industries including hospitality, travel, logistics, and aviation. Develop tailored transportation solutions aligned with client needs and market demand. Execute strategies to expand market share and generate sustainable revenue. Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

Contract & Legal Compliance



Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements in line with UAE laws. Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks. Work closely with legal and finance teams to mitigate risk and ensure operational integrity.

Vendor & Contract Management



Maintain strong relationships with service vendors to uphold performance standards. Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Track key contract KPIs and resolve operational bottlenecks as needed.

Client Relationship Management



Build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement leaders. Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key accounts.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Support and mentor junior sales staff and contribute to a high-performance culture. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance to align execution with strategy. Lead business expansion initiatives, including the launch of new services or market segments.

Reporting & Forecasting



Prepare detailed business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards. Use market insights and client feedback to refine commercial strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 6-10 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE. Industry experience in transportation, hospitality, logistics, or similar sectors. Deep understanding of UAE commercial contracts and market dynamics. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo) and Microsoft Office. Valid UAE Driving License is

mandatory

. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
