We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Home Care Services

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Home Care or Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in alignment with the company's goals. Experience in the UAE Healthcare/Home care market is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Home Care market (B2C and B2B). Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the company's market presence. Establish partnerships with Hospitals, Clinics, Insurance companies, and Corporate clients. Meet revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations to identify opportunities or threats. Collaborate with marketing to launch effective campaigns tailored to the local market. Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and business proposals to senior management. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:

3+ years of Business Development experience in home care, healthcare, or medical services. Strong network within the Dubai/UAE healthcare industry. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with DHA regulations and insurance processes. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Background in nursing or clinical services is a plus.
