The Role:

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and securing new business opportunities - with both talent and brands - to support the agency's commercial and talent growth. You will be instrumental in generating qualified leads, booking introductory calls for our Talent Managers, and contributing to the expansion of our UAE presence.

Key Responsibilities:

o? ?Identify and reach out to prospective brand partners and influencer talent aligned with Zodiac Global's vision.
o? ?Generate and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, and research.
o? ?Proactively book meetings and calls for Talent Managers with both brands and potential talent.
o? ?Work closely with the Talent team to align lead generation with current talent needs and strategic goals.
o? ?Build and maintain a database of brand and talent prospects, tracking outreach and conversion.
o? ?Represent Zodiac Global professionally in all external communication and meetings.
o? ?Stay up to date with influencer marketing and digital trends to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

o? ?Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and initiate partnerships.
o? ?Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to pitch and build relationships.
o? ?Excellent organisation and follow-up skills - able to juggle multiple leads and timelines.
o? ?Fluent English required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
o? ?Energetic, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
o? ?Passion for influencer marketing and the digital content landscape.
