We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our recruitment services division. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in recruitment and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment/staffing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers.
Pitch recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, RPO, etc.) to potential clients.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Aleast 1-2 years in recruitment.
Proven track record in business development or sales within the recruitment/staffing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, job market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
