Job Title: Business Development Manager (Airconditioning Trading, Rental & Projects)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our airconditioning (AC) trading, rental, and project verticals across the UAE. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems with proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and project coordination. This role is pivotal in identifying market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AC trading, rental, and project segments. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Lead end-to-end sales cycles including technical presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations. Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals based on customer requirements. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to adjust strategy accordingly. Develop and track sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics in alignment with company goals. Represent the company in exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC business development within the UAE or GCC region. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, AC units, and project implementation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. UAE driving license is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Attributes:

Existing network of clients in construction, MEP, facilities management, or rental sectors. Experience handling both B2B and project-based sales. Knowledge of local regulations and standards in HVAC projects.
