:Job Title: Business Development Officer - Dubai

We're seeking a Business Development Officer to drive growth for our products and
solutions in the GCC market, focusing on the datacenter industry. You'll identify business
opportunities, develop business plans, and leverage market intelligence to expand our
presence in the region.

Job Responsibility

1. Business Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the GCC market.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.

2. Business Planning:
- Prepare comprehensive business plans to enter and expand in all GCC countries.

3. Competitor Analysis:
- Research and identify potential competitors in the GCC region.
- Analyze competitor profiles, including strengths, weaknesses, and market strategies.
- Compare competitor profiles with company's capabilities and strengths.
- Develop a competitive strategy under the guidance of teams.

4. Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

5. Payment Recovery:
- Ensure timely payment recovery from clients.

6. Travel and Networking:
- Travel to GCC countries and India as required.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and identify opportunities.Key Skills:Mandatory:

- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the GCC region, in selling below Products:
1. Structural false ceiling
2. Hot aisle Containment
3. MEP supports

- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. - Strong understanding of the datacenter industry and market trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to travel frequently to GCC countries and India.

Target Industry: Data Center Industry

Gender: Male

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Job Location: Business bay or Silicon Oasis, Dubai
(First preference will be Looking for candidates from Dubai)

Working Days: 6 days (1st and 3rd Saturday and all Sunday off)

Timings: 9am to 630pm

Qualification: Graduate

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
