As our Business Development Manager, you'll architect and execute next-level growth strategies. You will be the in-house hunting force scouting off-plan and secondary market projects, nurturing investor relationships in the UAE and India, and translating market intel into actionable pipelines. You will partner directly with senior leadership (Including the Chairman) to align growth goals with company strategy and demonstrate ROI at every step.
What You'll Do:
Build & manage a high-value CRM pipeline
Secure exclusive partnerships with top developers & brokers
Deliver strategic market insights to shape company direction
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline deal closures
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years' experience in real estate business development (Dubai preferred)
Strong network with developers, brokers & HNI groups
Proficient with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) & market data platforms
Excellent pitch & negotiation skills at C-suite level
Creative, growth-focused, and ready to challenge the status quo
