We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the construction and engineering sectors and a proven track record of securing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors
Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings
Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Track pipeline performance and contribute to sales strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of business development or sales experience in relevant industries
Strong network and market knowledge in UAE (experience in KSA is a plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
