Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across targeted markets.
Identify new business opportunities -- including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress using CRM systems.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify threats and opportunities.
Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
