Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector (commercial, residential, hospitality, retail).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Work closely with the design and project team to ensure client requirements are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Maintain CRM and regular reporting on sales pipeline and progress.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
