Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Specialist

to build and grow our portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll manage incoming qualified leads, identify new owner partnerships, and consistently onboard new properties.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively approach property owners, real estate agents, and developers in target areas Qualify and convert leads into onboarding agreements through persuasive, ROI-driven proposals Conduct on-site property assessments to ensure alignment with brand and quality standards Create and present detailed service plans, ROI projections, and pitch decks Maintain and nurture relationships with owners, agents, and developers for pipeline growth Collaborate with operations and listings teams to ensure seamless onboarding Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversion progress using CRM systems Provide market feedback to marketing and management to steer strategy

Required Qualifications

2-5+ years in business development, sales, or BD roles within real estate, hospitality, or short-term rentals (ae.jooble.org, ae.trabajo.org) Demonstrated track record of closing property onboarding deals Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong financial acumen--able to build ROI models and proposals Self-driven with a goal-oriented, proactive mindset Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi) a plus Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
