We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to oversee and grow our business development activities across Retail Sales Accounts (RSA) and corporate clients in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic B2B and retail selling, customer relationship management, and market development.
Drive revenue growth by managing existing RSA and corporate accounts while identifying new business
opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Monitor sales performance, report KPIs, and deliver on targets.
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
