Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the design and fit-out space
Build strong relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and commercial clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover
Work closely with the design and execution teams to tailor client proposals
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the interior design and/or fit-out industry
Strong local market knowledge and professional network
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
UAE experience is highly preferred
