We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Manager / Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and strategic partnerships for our growing mobile healthcare and corporate wellness services. This role requires a sharp business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and/or corporate service sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across sectors (corporates, industries, educational institutions, etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR departments, wellness coordinators, and decision-makers
Pitch our mobile medical and corporate wellness services to potential clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and expansion targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customized service solutions
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development -- preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related services
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Valid Driving License is mandatory
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and outreach
