with a growing presence in the UAE. We specialise in performance-driven marketing, branding, web development, creative strategy, and social media management. With a diverse portfolio across healthcare, real estate, events, and D2C brands, we're known for blending creativity with digital innovation to build powerful brand stories that convert.

We're now looking for a

Business Development Manager

to lead our expansion in Dubai -- someone who can identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and fuel our agency's growth in the Middle East.

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify and convert new business opportunities across the UAE market Pitch digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs and objectives Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals Represent the agency at networking events, client meetings, and industry expos Stay updated with market trends to spot growth opportunities

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing or advertising) Strong record in lead generation, pitching, and closing B2B deals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Understanding of branding, SEO, web development, social media, and paid media Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
