Bernini Design is looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in the UAE's competitive interior fitout industry. The ideal candidate will be well-connected, commercially astute, and passionate about securing new business opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, and highend residential sectors.

Job description:

Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities in the UAE fit-out/interior market.

Develop and execute plans to achieve sales and growth targets.

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, real estate firms, and developers.

Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial offers.

Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to align solutions with client needs.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales in the UAE fitout/interior contracting industry.

Proven track record of closing large-scale fit-out projects.

Strong market knowledge of UAE's construction and interiors landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Multilingual candidates preferred -- English is a must; Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages are a plus.
