Business Development Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary Range: AED 10,000 - 13,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC region.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow client base in debt collection and financial services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services or collections.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
