Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic growth within the manpower outsourcing and staffing domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record of building scalable business pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

o? ?Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industry verticals.

o? ?Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

o? ?Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

o? ?Lead the negotiation and closure of high-value contracts using solution-based sales methodologies.

o? ?Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine offerings and identify gaps.

o? ?Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting using CRM platforms.

o? ?Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and finance teams to tailor service solutions aligned with client needs.

o? ?Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and trade exhibitions.

Candidate Requirements:

o? ?Minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within the Manpower Outsourcing / Staffing industry.

o? ?Strong command of consultative sales practices with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o? ?Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage targets, and deliver in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.

o? ?Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and digital sales enablement tools.

o? ?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

o? ?Strong understanding of labor market dynamics, staffing models, and regulatory compliance in manpower services.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
