Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, drive sales, and establish strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing key partnerships, and expanding our market presence to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital platforms.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to align business development strategies with company goals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.

Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Provide feedback to senior management on market trends and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven 3-10 experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.

Strong understanding of sales principles and business development techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Industry-specific experience Events and staffing is highly desirable.
