Role Summary





We are seeking a high-performing, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager with a strong track record in enterprise software sales, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates disciplined execution, and consistently meets or exceeds quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities





Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) in the Middle Eastmarket. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution selling, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and closing. Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders in target accounts. Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and position Oracle Fusion as a value-driven solution. Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that address customer pain points. Stay updated on Oracle's latest offerings and industry trends to ensure compelling product positioning. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular progress reports to VP - Sales.

Requirements



Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

5-10 years of hunting sales experience

in enterprise applications (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft

Dynamics, or similar).

Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud sales

(ERP/HCM/SCM preferred). Demonstrated track record of achieving quarter-on-quarter targets. Fluent in

Arabic and English

(written and spoken) -

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Must be based in

Dubai

or willing to relocate.

Preferred Attributes





Prior experience selling into government, banking, or enterprise verticalsin the GCC. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud commercial models and licensing. * Self-motivated, proactive, and highly disciplined in CRM and pipeline management.
