Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine service offerings
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service packages
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the business services or corporate consultancy industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Knowledge of UAE business setup and regulatory procedures is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
