Now, we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mind to lead our business development across the Middle East - especially the UAE.

You've worked inside agencies or been on brand teams - so you get the creative process, the pitch culture, and the importance of great storytelling. You're not just a sales pro - you're a connector, a closer, and a natural at building relationships that lead to great work.

Your Mission:

Lead business development for ad film production across the UAE and Middle East. Build and nurture relationships with agencies, marketing leads, brand teams, and decision-makers. Find opportunities, pitch creative production ideas, and help close projects with top-tier clients. Represent The Filmmakers as a trusted, strategic partner in the creative space.
You Should Have:

6+ years of experience in advertising, brand marketing, or business development roles within creative industries. Strong network and deep familiarity with the UAE's marketing and agency ecosystem. A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on hustle. Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to grow with the business.
