Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop the new potential valued partners (IBs) and clients and maintain the existing IBs and clients.
Support the IBs to have more business and anything we can support by email, phone and/or video calls.
Responsible for daily sales performance to ensure results could be delivered and achieved.
Work closely with Sales Team Leader, supported by the super experienced management.
Achieve monthly sales target in accordance with the business plan.
Attending company expos and all events.
Manage partner's expectation and keeping partners updated about our broker.
Travel to the other countries is necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or any related field.
2 years + experience as Sales/BD position in Forex & CFD broker.
Deep understanding of the financial markets, especially FX/CFDs products.
Self-motivated, outgoing, result-driven, and confident.
Excellent English+ or Chinese+ or Arabic+ communication and negotiation skills
Have an existing portfolio of partners is expected.
Attention to detail and punctuality.
Goal-oriented with a passion for client relationship building
Ability to work under big pressure together with the best team in the world.
Target-driven and believe number talks only.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
