Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to expand our AI services portfolio across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling AI-powered solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of client business needs in the digital transformation space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for AI-powered services and solutions across various industries. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Heads, Innovation Teams). Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored AI solutions. Lead presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Zainlee's offerings. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on market trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor activities. Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

Experience:

5-7 years in business development or sales, specifically in AI solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation services.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong exposure to AI applications in sectors such as retail, healthcare, finance, logistics, or real estate.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Nationality:

Non-Arab national

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of AI technologies like Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship management abilities.

Location:

Must be currently based in the UAE.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
