Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships within the
interior design, fit-out, or maintenance services
industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate companies, property managers, and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
Work closely with the design, project, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in
business development
within
interior design, fit-out, or maintenance services
.
Strong network and understanding of the UAE property and commercial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
UAE driving license is preferred.
