Job Overview:


We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation through organic channels, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategies for organic lead generation to increase brand visibility and sales. Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Explore and leverage other online platforms for effective lead generation and business development. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals. Analyze and report on lead generation performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the market. Manage the end-to-end business development process from prospecting to closing.

Requirements:



Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or lead generation, with a focus on online platforms. Strong understanding of organic lead generation strategies Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising campaigns. Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize lead generation efforts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:



Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Knowledge of other online lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize key performance metrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
