Business Development Manager

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing business development strategies, supporting practice groups, and working closely with partners to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. This role requires a proactive, creative, and commercially minded individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the legal services market.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans for practice groups and individual attorneys. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and target markets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy. Support attorneys with client relationship management, including client pitches, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate and enhance the firm's branding, digital presence, and content marketing efforts. Track ROI of marketing and business development initiatives and prepare reports for leadership. Plan and manage firm events, webinars, and sponsorships to build client engagement.

Qualifications:



5+ years of business development experience, preferably in a law firm. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable results. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with attorneys and cross-functional teams. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
