As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in generating new leads, building client relationships, and closing business opportunities. We're looking for someone with
proven experience in a digital agency environment
, who understands the fast-paced nature of the industry and can speak confidently about creative and digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, and inbound leads.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in line with our target market.
Pitch agency services, including social media management, website development, content creation, videography, and event coverage to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions that align with their goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, development) to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targetson a monthly/quarterly basis.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development or sales within a digital/creative agency.
Proven track record in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals in the digital services sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, content, and social media landscapes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
