Profile Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to lead our construction services business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve revenue growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to develop and deliver tailored solutions to clients. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the construction services market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present business development reports, proposals, and pitches to internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal commercial terms and conditions.

Qualification Required -

Graduate or Post-graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience -

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction services industry.

Job Location

- Dubai

Office Timing -

Monday to Saturday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Sunday is a holiday.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Arabic language (optional) Professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED AP Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
