Client Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels.
? Act as the main point of contact between our floral brands and the hospitality clients.
? Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion.
Contract Negotiation and Closure :
? Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value of our services for hotels.
? Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts.
? New client acquisition and account management of existing clients.
? Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients
Revenue Generation :
? Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
? Develop strategies to maximize revenue from each client and ensure long-term partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
? Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to hospitality clients.
? Provide feedback from clients to improve and enhance our offerings.
Networking and Industry Events :
? Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brands and establish a strong presence in the hospitality sector.
Reporting and Analysis :
