Salary Range

: AED 10,000 - 14,000 per month

Role Overview

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing our customer base throughout the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts, working closely with senior leadership to achieve ambitious growth targets within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth objectives in the UAE banking and financial services market Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound activities and networking within the banking and exchange sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners in the financial industry Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the UAE banking landscape Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of financial solutions to clients Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE banking industry or exchange houses Proven track record of successfully growing business and acquiring new clients in the financial services sector Strong network of contacts within the UAE banking and financial services community Excellent understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in the UAE Experience working with DIFC or UAE regulatory frameworks Experience working in a DIFC-based company preferred Understanding of UAE business culture and protocols in the financial sector Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team
