Key Responsibilities:
Engage with property owners and investors, presenting our short-term rental management services.
Handle inbound leads and successfully convert them into signed agreements.
Assess and inspect properties to ensure they meet our brand's standards.
Prepare and present customized service proposals, management plans, and ROI projections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to foster future opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new properties.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Analyze market trends and provide feedback to marketing and management teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, real estate, property management, or hospitality (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
Familiarity with the short-term rental market and investor mindset.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
A valid UAE driver's license (if applicable).
