JOB TITLE Business Development Manager | Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle | B2B ROLE SUMMARY The Business Development Manager will work to improve B2B Projects market position and achieve financial growth by achieving long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The role will work with marketing staff, and managers to increase sales opportunities and generating potential leads to maximize revenue for B2B division. ROLE PROFILE
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market presence.
Maintain active network in the industry to generate healthy pipeline of Tender opportunities.
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Generate ongoing research on Retail trends, competition, and customer climate shifts to provide deep insights to diverse businesses.
Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans for the penetration of new markets.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop and communicate training and documentation for end users and team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in International Business or any other relevant field.
8-10 years experience in business development.
Management experience with retail brands.
Strong industry connections.
Project Management.
