Position Overview: Our prestigious client in Manufacturing industry is in search of an accomplished individual for the role of Business Development Manager. The preferred candidate should possess a proven track record of 5 to 10 years in the industrial market, demonstrating a robust background in overseeing operations within the specified sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives in alignment with the company\'s goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Open to frequent travel, including visits to other Gulf Countries to meet clients, understand market dynamics, and strengthen business relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
Lead sales initiatives independently, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
Personally engage with key clients and participate in customer visits.
Leverage past experience in multinational companies to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience of 5 - 10 years in a leadership role within the industrial market.
Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Arabic, with excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a multinational company is highly desirable.
