Position Overview: Our prestigious client in Manufacturing industry is in search of an accomplished individual for the role of Business Development Manager. The preferred candidate should possess a proven track record of 5 to 10 years in the industrial market, demonstrating a robust background in overseeing operations within the specified sectors.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives in alignment with the company\'s goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Open to frequent travel, including visits to other Gulf Countries to meet clients, understand market dynamics, and strengthen business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
- Lead sales initiatives independently, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Personally engage with key clients and participate in customer visits.
- Leverage past experience in multinational companies to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in business management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience of 5 - 10 years in a leadership role within the industrial market.
- Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is highly desirable.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
