We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai! Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Luna Media Corporation, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the PR, publication, and recruitment industries, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PR, publication, and recruitment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for business expansion and improvement.
- Analyze client needs and provide innovative solutions to meet those needs.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the PR, publication, and recruitment industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance service offerings and market presence.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Work closely with the PR, publication, and recruitment teams to tailor proposals that meet client requirements and showcase the corporation\'s capabilities.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including PR, publication, and recruitment divisions, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide insights and feedback to guide product/service enhancements and innovations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
