Job Description

Our client, a reputed name in real estate industry is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager for their office based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify real estate trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company\'s real estate portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new clients, investors, and partners to enhance the company\'s real estate network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations for real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Structure deals that align with the company\'s goals and financial objectives.
  • Conduct financial analyses, including ROI calculations and risk assessments, to evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate projects.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets in real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for property sales and leasing.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote real estate offerings and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and legal requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential real estate opportunities to mitigate risks.
Other requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UAE Real Estate market.
  • Proven experience in real estate business development, with a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Solid financial background with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex real estate concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • A well-established network within the real estate industry, including connections with property owners, developers, and investors.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of long-term real estate growth strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding real estate sales and revenue targets.
  • Valid UAE Driving License
Salary: Up to AED 25000

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm

Working Days: Mon to Thursday

Friday from 8am to 12pm

Job Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai
