We are the team of the international IT recruitment agency Lucky Hunter, and we are looking for a creative, self-motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will help us reach new heights of publicity and capture the international IT recruiting markets, first of all - the British and United Arabian Emirates!

Due to the fact that everything changes every day, we understand that your help is what we need in order to grow even faster than we are growing today. Promise you that you\'ll have interesting, inspiring tasks and cool coordinated work with our marketing team! Our team consists of a PR Manager, a Content Manager and a Designer. The only missing puzzle is you - a great and motivated Business Development Manager!

What you\'ll do:

• Conduct constant market research (especially the UK and the UAE ones)
• Follow our key competitors and study market trends and offer new strategies according to your research conducted
• Attract new customers, sign agreements with them
• Write emails to potential customers and offer them strong commercial offers
• Find relevant conferences, partners, events where our CEO may take part
• Find and visit target events, expand network in order to increase our brand awareness
• Hold negotiations with potential partners and clients, do all your best in order to gain effective results
• Have constant cooperation with the marketing department and the company founder
• Find contacts of potential clients through various (even the most unusual) ways

What we expect from you:

• (OBLIGATORY) Advanced English level (both written and spoken);
• Strong communication skills
• At least one year of experience in business development/marketing/ sales sphere
• You think outside the box and always understand what our business needs right now
• Desire to develop in the IT field
• Passion for multifarious tasks and the ability to be flexible
• Literacy, creativity, accuracy, attention to detail (and other must-have soft skills)
• healthy sense of humor =)
