- Identify and target potential business opportunities in the automotive industry.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales and growth targets.

- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify new opportunities.
- Present and pitch our garage\'s services to prospective clients effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals, including service contracts, partnerships, and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to upper management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive services and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- A valid driver\'s license.
