Job Description

Job description: Responsible for managing, all business developments aspects of partnerships with primarily focus on sales revenue and increasing sales from existing orders, the role will balance sales support, partner management and sales training with the focus of growing sales funnel.
  • Extracting relevant contact details via Social Networking platforms, Handling Cold call, generating leads.
  • Consultative selling with clients to understand client requirements, position Cloud Host offerings, and lead the engagement from proposing, contracting and closing.
  • Responsible of preparing and delivering customer presentation proposal.
  • Developing, managing existing partner & customer eco-system.
  • Sells through partner organization to end users in coordination with partner sales resource
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner/end customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs/pain areas, on an ongoing basis (mainly during support calls). Assist in Coordinating between Enterprise customers / partners and technical team, bridging gaps (If any) in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for managing collections (In case of no response from customer), billing disputes (If any) and closing amicably.
Knowledge required:
  • Adequate knowledge of Managed Hosted Services,
  • Network Security, data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure
  • Management and related terms and technologies
  • Create business opportunities for CloudHost in all domains of Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom and IT, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Science and brick & mortar sectors
  • Familiarity with the software services or IT markets and trends
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office
