Job Description

A leading and dynamic company specializing in high-quality fitout solutions for commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces in Dubai and across the UAE are seeking a seasoned Fitout Business Development Manager to join their team and drive their business expansion to new heights.

Role Overview: As the Fitout Business Development Manager, you will be a key contributor to the growth strategy, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting their fitout services across Dubai and the wider UAE market. Your extensive industry knowledge, coupled with your understanding of local business dynamics, will be instrumental in achieving the sales targets and enhancing their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, opportunities, and projects aligned with their fitout capabilities. Build a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into profitable business deals.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage this information to formulate effective business strategies and stay ahead in the competitive fitout sector.

Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling and well-structured proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities, value proposition, and competitive advantage.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Work towards closing deals while ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, project management, and operations to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution.

Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, seminars, and conferences to expand our network and elevate our brand visibility.

Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor progress against targets. Provide reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development within the fitout industry.
  • UAE experience required
  • Strong network of contacts within the UAE fitout and construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and client preferences.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • UAE driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
