We are urgently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of company sales in UAE. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational and leadership skills, as well as local experience in managing sales. As BD Manager, successful candidates shall have the potential to lead and own most parts of the sales process; product knowledge, prospecting, approach, qualifying, nurturing, negotiating and closing deals. Below are highlights of roles and responsibilities for this position: 1. Proposing business development plan along with budget. The plan shall include sliced market areas according to company offerings, and capture plan for each market segment. 2. Responsible for tracking sales progress and capitalizing on new learnings. 3. Reach out to potential clients and meeting to introduce the company. 4. Presenting company capabilities to the right people within the client organization. SME (subject matter expert) will join if the nature of presentation is technical. 5. Assist in developing proposals, and submission to client. 6. Continuous follow up, negotiate, and close. 7. Be the first point of contact for clients and maintaining relationships. 8. Provides periodic update to company directors. Soft Skills 1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. 2. Positive personality, critical thinker, has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 3. Diplomat and can handle difficult situations. Requirements 1. 4 years bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering. 2. 10+ year experience in engineering and construction 3. 7+ years of local business development or sales experience. 4. Has knowledge of concrete repair and strengthening. 5. Valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license 6. Arabic speaking is advantageous. Job Type: Full-time
