Analyze the markets and generate or follow through new sales leads and sales strategy for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. Mapping of the local businesses and have a key focus on developing strategies to work with retailers, both key accounts and independents to drive retailer advocacy as well as innovation in the way they reach their consumers across channels.

• Strong background in sales leadership roles, ideally within a global FMCG organization.

• Proven track record of owning the end to end design and roll-out of a multi-year, multi-country sales strategy.

• Proven track record of driving innovation and understanding in both B2C and B2B which had a direct impact on share and revenue growth.

• 10+ years similar experience with at least 3+ years of B2B sales experience in UAE.

• Has prior experience of managing / leading a team of 8 - 10 sales associates.
